"Since the practice joined the "Lancaster Medical Practice" group of surgeries its almost impossible to get to see any doctor on the day you want (let alone a doctor from this surgery).
Receptionists are generally polite but are obviously overworked and somewhat flustered.
If trying to make an appointment on the phone you have to phone early morning (8am) and often have to wait well over 1 hour (90 min plus is not unusual) for the call to be answered.
Despite the answer machine trying to push you to use the "MyGP" app to book appointments every 30 seconds, the surgery is not equipped to used it"
