"After having spent yesterday trying to get an appointment, inbetween being at work, the first time in the morning i was informed that all the morning appointments were gone and to call back at 12, which i did but no one answered the phone, i couldnt ring again until 12:30 by which point all the appointments had gone. Again i was told to ring back in the morning. Roll on 8am, this time when i called i was greated with the voicemail that the surgery was closed, when i called back 5 seconds later my call could not be connected, thia carried on for 10 minutes. I thought ill try at lunch time. This time at 12:01 the phone is answered and i get an appointment at 2pm which is in my lunch break. At 1:55 i walk into landseer road which is 2 minutes walk from my house to be greated with you dont have an appointment here this afternoon we are closed, even thou i had called this surgery, my appointment had been made at chesterfield drive, not once was this mentioned on the phone, i was then informed that she would make a note that i had turned up here, but if i was more than 10 minutes late i may have to reschedule. I explained that i had called here, to which the reply was that although i only live around the corner and have used this surgery before, i was registered at chesterfield drive. I had also got the bus there from town as it was easier, so there was no way i could make it to chesterfield drive in 15 minutes. I was told they had nothing later, which was no use to me anyway and that i would have to ring again in the morning for an appointment. Unfortunately this is how everything seems to be going these days. If i had been informed my appointment was at chesterfield drive then i would have been able to get there on time."
