"i always find the doctors , nurses and reception staff very helpful and approachable . as in all surgerys these days you fight to get an appointment and its very hard to get a doctors appointment online . extended hours are excellent but sometimes you cannot get an appointment to suit . nurse practicioners (one especially) are great and being able to get a blood test early in the morning before work is great as its far better than always begging time off work , which some employers are not helpful at giving . i always find the doctor explains things clearly and fully so you understand, another doctor is very good too , when ive seen a certain doctor she has been really helpful too, cant fault the staff at the practice the only downside is getting appointments but speaking to others i can see larkside is far better than most and dependant on what you want the appointment for you can usually get one either online or via the surgery , its when you need an immediate appointment its an issue"
