"I'm suffering with chronic shoulder pain due to some sort of nerve issue and back pain and it has taken me 2 years to get myself referred to a specialist because actually show that there is actual damage or a major problem with the shoulder due to something going on in the spine and everytime I call for an appointment because of something else or something to do with it I get told they have to call in the morning to get an appointment for the same day and then I go on hold on the phone from 8 in the morning when they open to get an appointment that same day just to be told the doctors fully booked is ridiculous and then they still won't allow me to book an appointment for the following day even though I've been on hold all morning it's impossible to get an appointment and I haven't seen my own doctor in a year maybe two and every other doctor that's been assigned to me disappears within a couple of months no one seems to stay there long because they've got too many patients and unable to treat the mall is absolutely ridiculous that they just don't seem to be able to manage what's going on and when you do see them the doctor doesn't seem to care or doesn't want to help because he's got another patient they just seem to have a get you in and get you out sort of attitude."
