"Appointment system rubbish, you have to ring up daily to book appointment and you can be left holding for least hour and when you get through are told all appointments have gone for the day and ti ring back tomorrow. The other alternative is to go and queue in the surgery at 8 am to get appointment later that day which isnt helpful if your ill. You dont want to go out to queue to go home to return to surgery later on. Online booking there is occaisonally the odd appointment but you cannot book with doctor if your choice even if you want to book advance appointment. Nightmare trying to even get test results, you have to phone and request call back n hopefully doctor who ordered tests is in surgery that day otherwise told to ring back when they return to work. Too mant patients and not enough appointments and if you have on going medical condition you're forevering seeing different doctors and repeatly explain uourself over and over."
