"Unfortunately this practice has significantly lost its way. There a number of big issues this practice needs to look at and urgently.
- Appointments with a doctor are taking on average 2-3 weeks, unless you call on the day to make emergency appointment. My Asthma review was nearly 3 months!
- Unable to see the same doctor rather due to issues with appointment or regularly changing the doctors.
- I recently saw one of the temporary doctors. He seemed to know very little about a previous condition and I was asked what he would like him to do!? In addition, I was asked which anti- bionics I would like!
In addition, my family have had issues with this doctor which has recently come to light which I cant go into on here, however I can assure you shows very bad patient care and poor management.
One thing I will say, is the practice has very good nurses. Always willing to take time to explain things. However, big failings on the doctors side."
