"Ive been registered at the surgery now for just over a year. Every doctor I have seen at the surgery has been courteous, attentive, respectful and friendly. Iâve always been able to get an appointment when I needed to, if you explain what is needed to the reception team they are best placed to fit you in when itâs most appropriate.
I had quite a serious diagnosis last year and the GPs who dealt with me were brilliant - they identified symptoms really quickly and helped to connect me to specialist services straight away. Theyâve made themselves available for any concern I have, and the continuity of care has been great even when Iâm seeing different GPs.
Really canât recommend this surgery highly enough, Iâm so grateful for everything they do."
