"I am and have been a carer for my parents for about 7 years, and have had to deal with all of the staff at Long Furlong for many different circumstances. I have always been given the upmost empathy and help from every single member of staff, be it a receptionist, the nurses, and of course doctors. My requests/problems have all been dealt with quickly and efficiently and if they said they would call back for any reason or just update, they have.
And of course, most importantly my parents have been, and now just my dad, treated with respect and care from all. I could pick out individuals, but I feel they are all a great team and it would be unfair to do this. Thank you very, very much Long Furlong..."
