"The practice manager is the only person at this place that has actually treated my grandma with some respect.
The last time my grandmother was on the phone to here she broke down into tears because of how disgusting she was treated. âYou neant contact us againâ âWell I think youâve been treated very nicely by (someoneâs name) and you keep callingâ âmark my words if you put olive oil in your ears you wonât need suctionâ and twisting words etc. This all when she just needed to ask a simple question about her care after she has been mucked about and still spoke with dignity on the phone.
She has survived cancer, she has survived depression, she is a fighter and yet sheâs brought to tears by people she should be able to trust. Itâs disgusting. Teach them some respect please."
