"I note this Surgury is bound up with Felmores Surgury which seems to get much better service. The Longriding Surgury is terrible!
One receptionist is rude and wonât acknowledge you when you approach the desk. Sheâll just sit there doing her own thing until she is ready to speak with you. When she does itâs in a very dismissive and condescending tone.
The only way to get an appointment is to either book weeks in advance or claim itâs an emergency and hope to get one of the 3 emergency slots for That session.
When you do see a GP itâs. Locum who wonât know your history and simply hands you pills and closes the appointment.
The general attitude of the practice is to fob you off as quick as possible and move on to the next person.
My wife and I are looking to change Surgury ASAP."
