"I had cause to visit the GP, from the visit I was advised I needed a referral to another NHS department, knowing how worried I was over attending the appointment before I was due to go on holiday within the next few weeks, one of the receptionist ensured she checked on the departments appointment system to try and book me a early appointment, which she has now done. This is not the first time she has shown how perfectly suited to this job she is. She has empathy, professionalism, friendliness and is always welcoming, everything and more that a GPâs receptionist should be. In my opinion we are very lucky to have her within our surgery, she is a true credit to the team."
