"Very disappointed after being at the surgery for over 20 years.
After moving this summer to SE9 area. We put in a prescription and on returning to collect were told we had been removed and were no longer patients. They said a letter had been sent to old address this was untrue as all correspondence was forwarded also any that slipped through were collected, not even a text to say please call surgery.
As we only moved a couple of miles asked if we could stay but were told no they do not make any exceptions we were out of the catchment area that was it we had no doctor no way of getting any of our prescriptions.
It has been extremely hard for us as a family to move to another doctors as we have built up such a good relationship with the doctors at Manor Brook who I have to say are great can not fault them in anyway.
Today after signing up to another surgery called Manor Brook for a Encounter Report and was told could not have them our new doctor needed to request. Receptionist not very helpful found her quiet abrupt.
It has left me and my family quiet distressed after being at the surgery for over 20 years to be treated as just a number not even given the chance to speak to any of the doctors say good bye or get back up prescriptions. Not sure if any of the doctors know this is the way their patients are treated."
