"This has been my Dad's surgery for the last 15 years. He passed away in February, and over the last 18 months or so as his health deteriorated, we had many visits to the surgery to see nurses and doctors.
Their receptionists were excellent and always so helpful and friendly, arranging appointments and fitting us in around my work committments and other appointments, nothign was ever too much trouble.
The nurses were all brilliant with him, so caring and thoughtful, and really took the time to listen to him and chat. Often doing more than we were booked in for to ensure his well being.
Doctors, like most surgeries these days, were a bit harder to see and in recent times only locums were available. Lots of discussions over the last couple of years about the merger with the Buxted surgery but it often seemed Manor Oak were not given any support and left to struggle on. (Understand now the merger is going to happen in July)."
