"My husband had been feeling ill for about two week when he finally gave in and admitted he needed to see a doctor.
His phone call was met with a prompt reply and was told that they would get triage to phone him back. He received the phone call within 2 hours and was given an appointment for that day. The doctor's appointment was efficient and thorough, end result was a diagnosis of a chest and throat infection and a course of antibiotics was prescribed.
Over the next three weeks after that appointment by husband had to go back to the doctors another four time due to not getting better with the infections and then having severe reactions to the medication. Each time he was met with exceptional, efficient and professional service from all at the surgery."
