"All the staff at the surgery have been brilliant with my daughter. Especially within the last couple of weeks. On both occasions I have rang by 8:40, and although there have been no appointments the duty doctor has rang us back within a couple of hours. The second time, we had literally hung up the phone.
On both occasions an appointment was made for our daughter to see someone that morning/afternoon. Both the doctors were more than accomodating, and it wasnât too much trouble for them to squeeze her in to their already very busy day.
We have had a lot of involvement with the practice with our daughter with respiratory problems, and everytime we have never been let down. The asthma nurse has always been on hand when im having a breakdown at the other end of the phone or face to face.
The surgery works wondefully for us. The admin team are great at contacting us to arrange reviews for the kids, the nurses and dispensary all do a great job of sorting medication, and remdinding me about collections/appointments.
I feel very confident in the surgery and know that its never too much hassle when the kids are involved. (I cant speak for myself as im at a different surgery).
