Problem comes making appt. to see Dr. for the review of medecines, before requiring another batch of tablets for the next month. When trying to contact the surgery by phone, no matter when calling, there is a message saying all appts are taken- not helpful, as the request for my attendance was made by the surgery. Surely it would be possible for a time to be set aside for patients to have their medecines checked?"
