"Have put off going to the doctors in several occasions as itâs just too difficult to get through to get an appointment. Phone continually cuts off so you have to keep calling constantly to get through. My last appointment had not been saved after all of that effort. Thereâs no message to say that no one will pick up past 12.30 so if you arenât aware, you can be left hanging on indefinitely. Since the practice merger, it has become even worse. They wonât allow future booking of appointments even when the GP has requested you return so it makes planning around work extremely difficult. Patient access doesnât work correctly and no one seemed very interested in helping me. This used to be a good practice but itâs now awful."
