I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who registered me there and then.
I explained that I was going to run out of medication very quickly (having not registered or asked for my repeat prescription in proper time). The receptionist went out of her way to arrange for me to get more medication in time, despite the fact that I had left this until the last minute and the surgery was about to close.
