"Iâve always rated moss green surgery ok but since merging with moorcroft surgery itâs gone downhill MASSIVELY! The new âtriageâ system is rubbish for starters. Ring at 8am? Ok..... but donât expect to get through. The phone is permanently engaged. I rang constantly (146 times to be precise I screen shot the calls) over a 45 minute period and then gave up. I tried the next day and the same thing happened. I was told by my hospital Bowel nurse that I needed to see my gp before treatment there could be commenced. On the third day I finally got through!! (128 calls later!!) I explained the situation and was told there was no appointments but they could get me an appointment at the Haywood or longton cottage hospital or go the walk in!!! Why?? THEY ARE MY DRS!! Or call the next day. I called the next day... back to square one!!! I had to physically go down to ask for an appointment and got one the same day. What about the poor souls who are physically unable to do that and are seriously ill?? Theyâve closed down the online booking system altogether!!! (âFor nowâ they say but itâs been since Christmas?) come on moss green/moorcroft! Pull your finger out! Youâre losing street cred.... and fast!! Youâre being talked about and NOT in a good way. Sorry"
