"The sole purpose of this practice is to prevent patient access. One of the receptionists is incredibly unprofessional and will be responsible for a patients death if she isnât urgently retrained or sacked. She talks to patients in a way that Iâve only seen teenagers talk to their mates on the street. I imagine she is an asset to the partners as she saves them a lot of money and time spent working for their patients. Not only can you not get a face to face appointment, you are not allowed to phone the surgery. They tell you to use their website which is designed to make seeking their help almost impossible. Also it is very obvious that some of the 5 star reviews on here are fake. Which is shameless"

Dr Ko Ko Laing qualified in 1989, his previous surgery in Victory Road merged with the Portsdown Group in April 2010. He is a highly experienced GP, is based in Kingston Crescent Surgery he has a number of special interest which includes medicine, rheumatology and joint injections. He is a keen tennis player and also enjoys travel.

Dr Kipgen qualified from Barts and the London Medical School in 2006 (MBBS). He completed his GP training in Dorset in 2015 (MRCGP). He has a broad range of experience gained from hospital posts earlier in his career; these include paediatrics, sexual health, orthopaedics and emergency medicine. In his spare time he enjoys hill-walking and is a keen amateur chef. He also enjoys playing and watching sport especially rugby and football.

He joined Portsdown Group Practice in 2015 and maintains his special interest in ENT and is responsible for the Portsdown Travel Clinic. He is married to Alison and has three children who keep them both very busy. He likes nothing better than to relax in the garden and is frequently seen with either a chainsaw or an axe, what could go wrong!?

Dr Catherine Tuson

Dr Cat Tuson graduated from Warwick University in 2007 and joined the Practice in 2013 having completed her GP training in the North East of England. She has a special interest in orthopaedics and joint injections and also in women’s health.
