"I have only recently registered with this surgery. I must admit the service or the policy set by the surgery is great in the sense that when I contact them in the morning, they answer the phone straight away unlike other surgeries where you have to continue dialling the same number several times before you get through to someone. It's also great that if I can book a future appointment too farther than calling in the same day. This helps purple who have other commitments. Please keep this policy in place permanently. This method works for patients. My issue with the surgery is that everytime a referral is made to the consultant and if there had been blood work done in relation to the referral, the surgery is absoutely terrible at faxing the information over. Very disorganised. They keep pretending they haven't received the information from the other end and so on. Surely someone needs to keep an eye on what reports needs sending off to the consultant etc etc. Other than that i think the two female doctors I've recently seen were so sympathetic and brilliant listeners. Please keep working hard and take your patients illnesses more seriously."
