"Not usually one for writing reviews even though most visits I overhear some form of unprofessional behaviour from the receptionists.
They have taken it to a new level now. My wife called for advice and was in a very worried state due to her symptoms, these could have been related to the medication she was taking but they could have been unrelated hence calling the surgery first, within 30 seconds of the call the receptionist was not interested as the medication being taken was prescribed by a dentist, no empathy, no consideration that it could be a different cause, a simple contact call your dentist! You are a disgrace to your profession!
Some of the receptionists are really letting this surgery down!"
