"If you can not provide an appointment and the person on the phone is clearly distressed, perhaps it would be wise to ask âdo you feel this appointment is emergent?â
I can not guarantee I will be Ill at 8am to make an appointment-even if I was able to get through- if you can release appointments at 1pm, then you can not make an emergent appointment? If not, surely it is your responsibility to indicate a time when I might be able to make an appointment. âCall tomorrow at 8am.â Is an unacceptable response.
I have been to see a GP twice in the last few weeks.both GPâs observed my distress. At no point was my temperature taken, blood pressure taken or any investatory questions asked.
I donât know what is wrong with me, and I am stating I feel something is wrong, is it not your responsibility to investigate this?? How many times should a person need to ask for help before you oblidge?
It is very apparent your Surgery do not have adequate resources to see patients or address their concerns correctly.
There is one GP at the surgery who is capable of carrying out their duties Well, however this is significantly overshadowed by poor attention to detail.
Having complained previously I will be escalating my complaint to CVA."
