When you finally get through, if you can bear the music, you are told that there are no booking today but try calling back at one for cancellation. You do that and you are number 8 or so. No point in waiting because the answer will be no when you do get through. No way to book in advance and no concern from the people on the phone.
The surgery has grown and is taking on other side treatments but although they have a very large patient list, they simply don't have the doctors or any interest in you."
