you can never get through on the phone lines to make an appointment, therefore never getting an appointment when you need it the most
when you get through to ' you are the next caller in line' I have been on the phone over an hour waiting - terrible service
gps not trained in areas you may need professional advice on therefore making you come back to see more appropriate gp at a later date
the service overall is poor
they do not care whether you are a baby or elderly
they routinely advise you go to the Redbridge hub if you cannot see the gp - they do not care that for ongoing health related issues the hub is not helpful as they would advise you go back to see your gp
when complaints are made we are not told of the outcome"
