"After 40 years plus as an NHS professional dealing with GP practices I can only say that this practice, in my view, offers everything I need in the most professional and 'user friendly' manner. I have yet to experience any problems and it feels like I havve a private GP experience.
I joined this practice about three years ago when my previous practice of 45 years was closed down by the local Health Authority.
I could not speak more highly of the practice. I have consulted with five of the several doctors and every one of them has been exemplary in their treatment and diagnosis. I would be entirely happy to see any one of those were I to need attention. I have seen two of their practice nurses who were both excellent.
I was impressed this week when as a result of a dermatology diagnosis, I actually was able to have my treatment there and then in the practice without the necessity of a further hospital appointment. Impressive stuff and care!
The practice staff are cheerful, friendly and above all seem efficient in all areas.
I've been referred when necessary and followed up. Requests (always reasonable) are met without any attempt to be awkward or dismissive.
I have every confidence in the practice and those working in it and I consider it to be all that it could be and a credit to the NHS."
