"The reception staff are unhelpful and very rude. Trying to get to see a Doctor is like trying to get an interview with the Pope as the reception team are unwilling to help. Having to wait up to 10 minutes (on more than one occasion) after pressing the bell, being told that there is no doctor available after 5.00pm at the Odiham site and then told to go to A and E for a problem that a doctor could deal with. Tried again on a second occasion to see a doctor, was offered a phone call and requested they call back ASAP as I was in a lot of pain, stopped in on the way home to ask if the doctor was available to call as soon as possible as I was in a lot of pain and would probably need to be seen but would struggle to get back to the surgery after I had got home and was told it was a no without the receptionist speaking to the doctor. The problem was quite a serious one that needed to be dealt with on the day but no amount of pleading or explaining to the receptionist was getting my anywhere so I asked for the call to be cancelled.
