"After todayâs service I cannot take any more, before Christmas I was put on a Statin, not because my cholesterol is high but as a precaution, Iâm suffering hair loss and Iâm sure itâs due to this drug. I called to speak to the triage but as she couldnât help me over the phone she suggested I rang to speak to a doctor, I did this and a receptionist not only hung up on me once but twice, when I did get through the only appointment was at 4.30, I had a solicitor appointment at 4.00 so this was impossible, I was just told to call back on Monday, I suffer quite bad anxiety and really need this sorted before it gets so bad I cannot leave my home again, as most women, my hair is my crown, so Iâm really really upset, not only that but Iâm on tablets to lower my blood pressure when itâs already low, I donât understand. None of my letters get through to the right people and for some reason my prescription requests go ignored, Iâve been asking since before Christmas to have my medication to be synchronized as I get two a month, yet again I get no response. After 20+ years now itâs time to say goodbye."
