"The medical staff that I have seen have all been excellent, however, my experience with the administration staff has been terrible.
The Surgery is asking for people to join their Patients Group to "Have Your Say" Over the last year or so, I have given my details to the admin staff and received no response whatsoever.
Additionally, I asked the surgery on 21 August 2018 if I could change surgeries from Seaford to Alfriston and received an acknowledgement from the Practice Manager the next day saying it would be looked into.
Having had no further response, I send another e-mail 9 days later asking for a progress report. This time there was no response from the surgery. After three weeks of waiting, I sent a third e-mail on 24 September, again, asking for an update. This time the practice manager replied saying my request would be chased up. Now, 5 weeks later, I still haven't heard anything.
I really don't know if I'm being deliberately ignored or if there is a certain level of incompetence within the administration team.
I would suggest that the surgery re-trains the person in charge of the administration or, if that is not possible, move them to a position to which they are better suited."
