"Extremely incompetent, rude, hostile and aggressive reception staff - especially the senior team members.

Every time when I ask for their assistance they have a very unprofessional, insulting and unacceptable attitude rising their voice, having an aggressive way of looking at me and refusing categorically to help me.

Thus, this morning I have had an absolutely awful experience with a member of the reception staff - it's about a reception team member who has worked there since many years and surprisingly, she was training a younger team member while having that horrible and unprofessional attitude towards me

I need to mention that it's not the first time when both myself and my husband have such a horrible experience with that lady. She is extremely incompetent, rude, she has an extremely hostile attitude every time when we ask for her assistance, as if we just disturb her with our presence at the reception desk.

More exactly, I have downloaded "myGP" application on my smartphone and I have needed my account ID and the linkage key towards being able to activate my patient account and get access to the online services. Just a few days ago my husband received those credentials from the same reception desk (there was a young and very competent receptionist on duty at that time).

Thus, this morning I have explained to her that I need the same credentials for my account and she refused categorically (having a very obvious hostile and disturbing attitude) to help me saying that she has never heard about that. So, because of her I cannot access my online account. This is absolutely unacceptable!

I wonder why this GP accepts to keep such incompetent and horrible staff without training them properly. She really needs some basic IT skills as well as a receptionist and GP customer service refreshing training because she has extremely poor customer service skills.

Because of her both I and my husband are already considering moving to another GP.

I am sure there are many other patients having the same problems with this receptionist thus, they will eventually decide to move to another GP.

By writing this review, I would like to inform also the GP human resources management about their incompetent and rude reception staff.

I really hope they care about their poor image and reputation."
