"Average waiting time used to be 40 minutes just for the privilege to speak to reception, now is almost an hour. Also clearly only one person answering the phone (if they even bother to answer!) as my queue position was only moving one number at a time - if it moves at all!
I have just spent 58 minutes waiting for the privilege to speak to reception but when it was my turn, the line was cut off! Iâm on Pay As You Go Mobile and any waiting time on the phone is expensive for me. An hour wait AND got cut off?!?!?! Tax payers do not have the time and money to waste!
I then looked at the website and the only available appointment is in TWO WEEKS and âremote appointmentâ. So I tried to make an appointment but clicked the wrong date. When I went to cancel and rebook, guess what, the website does not allow it!
What am I meant to do? Waited for 58 minutes and was cut off, and website not allowing change of appointment! But the surgery do not answer the phone so what are patients meant to do just for the privilege to speak to reception hoping to be allowed an appointment?????
This is just one of many many complaints I have about this surgery."
