"Waiting time on the phone for me personally on the 3 occasions that I did phone was over 25 minutes .
The chances of getting an appointment on the same day or within a week is nil,unless itâs labled an emergency. If it is an emergency perhaps A&E is the place to visit.
Bookable appointments over 4 weeks!!!!!
Only 2 to 3 Doctors on duty for the amount of patients the surgery has to cater for.
Reception staff always sound harsh ,obviously because of the pressure they are under trying to provide a virtually none existant service ."
