"Awful practice. Was supposed to be reffered for an issue. months later I enquired about it to be told the refferal was never sent. Then went for the referral months later to be told the appointment is not at that surgery even though the letter of appointment stated it was for the surgery I was at.
Always diagnosed as having a viral infection when it's clearly not and I end up going back to doctors weeks later struggling to breath to finally be given anti-biotics.
Not acceptable. If someone is ill give them medication we pay taxes for this very reason. And I always pay for my mess."
