Always the same when it's needed to try to book an appointment online
Result no availability, nothing appears
Looks like the surgery is closed and there's no more GP, no more staff
Otherwise have to race for it from 7.00 am in a bad day to have any chance to see a doctor for the same day. And just imagine if you need go to GP, it means you don't feel well. Can speak for how it's managed
And if there's non more place, have to wait for any cancellation
Really the staff don't care about anything
They can't do more and they can only look busy behind their window
Another thing regarding the carpet which really needs to be changed
When you arrived there,it smells funny
Carpet's nice when it's new but it needs care and in this condition caring will not help anymore
It really needs lino or something
But will I be said, NHS don't have budget
So poor and so sad for this very bad situation
What to do?
Hope BREXIT will help with this small money which can go to NHS
