"I Telephoned 2 weeks ago to make appointment for my Daughters injection which is due not later than Thursday. I was told they would Telephone her today on her mobile as she is now 18, which I understand and have been told many times. At 9.07 this morning I had a missed call for my Daughter on my Phone asking to call the surgery. We was told that my Daughter had missed her Telephone appointment, I said we havnt you rang my Telephone, then they wanted her to ring back up again I said no Iâll get her to speak now to you, (she was on a college teams lesson) She was told a message has gone to the nurse and she will be in contact. Got to 4 pm no contact so I phoned only to be told the nurse has gone home. I mentioned again her injection needs to be done by Thursday only to be told she can have Telephone appointment on 1st Feb, I told the receptionist it needs to be done by Thursday. In the end the receptionist said all she can do is talk to the nurse in the morning and give advice. This is totally unacceptable as we booked the appointment 2 weeks ago and the nurse was phoning my number instead on my Daughters. Now she will miss her injection through no fault of her own giving her stress we all could do with out."
