Pendeen has taken practical steps to help people in the changing world of health care. It provides a friendly and caring service that puts the patients first.
The Reception Staff are calm whilst obviously having to deal with many incoming calls.
The Doctors, Nurses and other Medical Staff focus on the patient and their needs. They also help the patient to see the whole picture and enable them to make their own decisions regarding their health.
Pendeen has many superb professionals and they continue to provide excellent service during these challenging times for health care."
