"I visited the surgery twice in one month and was disappointed on both occasions.
I am using the online booking system - the availabilities are very limited and rarely early morning or during the weekend, which is not ideal when you are working full time.
On the day of the visit, I had to wait between 10 and 20 minutes after my appointment time to actually see the GP. Each time I'm being asked the reason of my visit though I was asked to mention it on on the online booking system.
The GP actually checked on wikipedia (!) to answer my questions - I had already done this myself and was after professional feedback...
There was absolutely no eye contact during the last visit, the GP stared at their screen, typing away, and reading blood test results at such a speed I had to ask for a print out to read them myself and keep records of it. No advice whatsover, I was given prescription and told to come back in March.
I will look at changing surgery as I have visited all the GPs in the past 3 years and cannot recommend any of them.
The receptionist staff barely answer to visitors when they come in and salute them. Service over the phone is the bare minimum."
