"I have read so many awful reviews on here, but my experience couldn't be more different.
Yes, there were teething problems when staff changed, but now I feel 100% supported from the moment the telephone is answered, to the time I speak with the Dr.
The practice manager shows incredible patience and great care for both me and my father. Our needs have been much greater than ever before and she ensures all our requests are dealt with quickly and professionally. She takes the time to listen, to go over and above what is required and genuinely cares.
Our Dr is also the very best Dr anyone could wish for. I have never met a more caring, understanding, considerate Dr anywhere in the medical profession. She is 500%. My stepson has recently qualified as a Dr and if he can bring as much care and support to his patients as our Dr does, we would be immensely proud.
I cannot and would not cast opinion on other people's reviews, they are their own personal experiences. But I would say we as humans have a predisposition towards making our voices heard when we are not happy. How many of us actually take the time to turn to paper or online reviews when we are super happy with a service? Well I know the answer, it's roughly 1 in 10 when compared to the same activity when we want to complain.
So everybody's review and opinions count. But we as humans need to learn to take as much time to praise as we do do to complain. For all the staff here, take heart that there will be many patients who love the service you provide, but you just don't hear about it very often online.
