"Since moving to the county and having an extremely negative experience with a local gp practice in Hykeham I had no choice but to find a new surgery for my family and I. We registered with Portland Medical centre In November and I have nothing but positive comments about the staff and service we have received.
We have always had prompt appointments and been treated with dignity and respect. Nothing has been done or said to make me feel like they do not have time for us. Onward Referrals have been prioritised and call backs on the same day.
All the Doctors and nurses that have seen or treated my family and I have been extremely kind and sympathetic to any issues. The reception staff have been friendly even one receptionist was putting my youngest son at ease when he was nervous for his appointment.
One member of staff has been fantastic every time Iâve seen her helping me recover from s car accident.
Whilst standing in reception itâs obvious how busy you all are and with cut backs everyone continues to smile and care.
Thank you all at Portland medical practice, Lincoln itâs fantastic to have found a gp surgery that are putting their patients first and care.
