"Due to a skin issue I have had to arrange a visit to my GP once every three weeks over a period of a few months.
I have found that the telephone booking system with the GP call back has worked well. Longest I have waited to get through (2 attempts) 12 minutes.
The GP has always called back within 45 minutes and I have received an appointment for later that morning.
The treatment has not been wholly successful and a referral to Warwick Hospital Dermatology Dept. was necessary. This was booked via the GP's computer during my appointment on a date which was suitable for me - within 6 weeks - which I found satisfactory.
My only criticism of the surgery is that the hand gel dispensers are frequently empty."
