"I booked an appointment for a smear on the 05.02.19 had to wait till the 23.02.19 for my appointment after they tried to change it for a later date which was the 09.03.19.
When I arrived at the centre 10 minutes early prior to my appointment I had to wait 55 minutes till I was seen. When I finally got seen I was refused a smear as I was âtoo youngâ even though I was advised by hospital to get one.
They discovered I had a UTI however didnât offer me a prescription until I was at home in pain. Had to get a friend to collect as I was in agony.
Things got progressively worse the following night 24.02.19 I was uncontrollably shaking, being violently sick, temperature of 39.7 and was in agony.
I phoned the gp and asked to speak to a doctor as things had got a lot worse and they advised me to call if that happened, I was on put in the call back list, I never got a call back! I was getting so bad my mum phoned 111 they sent an emergency note through to the gp and said I had to be seen within 2 hours. No call back, was not seen!
Left, scared, and in pain!
Discussing service. Will be moving gp.
Never been so disgusted, meant to be looking after there patients, this is not a good level of care."
