I am writing to thank you and to show my appreciation for the care and diligence that you have shown towards me in keeping my various ailments at bay both in the past and more recently.
I have been a patient at this practice since 1965 (some 54 years now) and it is so good to continue to be treated by a sole practitioner GP in a world where most practices have banded together and you never know when or who you are going to see. Over the years I have managed to outstay at least 5 doctors all who have had their patients health their prime responsibility.
I value the service that you give all your patients who I am sure feel the same as I do.
It is always easy to get a slot in your busy schedule and be seen by you, this could not happen without the staff who are always caring and efficient in dealing with appointments and prescriptions, blood tests and hospital reports. Regrettably I have too much experience of all of these procedures recently, which prompts me to write saying thank you so much to everyone concerned in the practice.
It is always a pleasure to walk through the door of the Pump Lane Surgery knowing that whatever my problem, it will be dealt with promptly.
So once again thank you to everyone for keeping such high standards of care and treatment."
