"So on two occasions after spending numerous time waiting to actually get through to a receptionist the attitude of both staff members I would only describe as appalling. After daring to ask the question to have a doctor phonecall to be told the day after was the earliest my reply was that is ridiculous his answer was its not ridiculous its how it is!!!!
Second phone call today after speaking to the same male receptionist to be then put on hold whilst he was finding when I would receive the phone call I was transferred I said who am I speaking to now as my end of the phonecall had gone dead I was meet with a tirade of excuse me you are talking to jo senior management and I don't appreciate speaking to me like that"
