"I have been a patient of this surgery since 1990. From the doctors through to the reception staff, I can not fault the surgery at all.
All doctors there have always had the time to listen and deal with everything. They have seen me grow up, get married and have a family. Now there for us all.
Last year I had surgery which required daily dressings. The two nurses there not only dealt with the wound, but also listened to me as I was going through loosing my father.
Last, but by all means not the least, the reception staff. These ladies are amazing. Towards the latter part of my fathers life, he had a lot of complex medication that was constantly changing. If it wasnât for the staff on reception, it would be an impossible task. One lady in particular took ownership and was always a point of contact for myself on dealing with not only fathers medication, but arranging hospital appointments, physio, blood tests etc. She along with her colleagues always go that extra mile.
Iâd like to thank all the staff for doing what theyâre doing and hope you continue providing the excellent service!"
