Dear Practice Manager
Re My Treatment by the staff of your health Centre
?I transferred to your health Centre over 6 months ago, and have a leg ulcer which your nurses have been bandaging 3 times a week with the involvement, when necessary, from any available doctor; but mainly one doctor.
Absolutely nothing has been too much trouble â ever. Whenever any hiccup ?or an extra mile was needed they have always done it.
My worst cock up to date was to arrive for an appointment âIâ stupidly had accidentally cancelled online. The first action taken by your ladies was to get me an appointment for the next day at the West Bridgford Clinic.
Next, instead of the member of staff just sorting me a âdressingsâ bag for the Saturday ?clinic, she decided to give up her lunch for my 40min appointment. The member of staff had identified concern about my ulcer, which obviously affected ?her decision to check out and dress my wound. She also attended to another minor matter of mine and then finally wished me well for my appointment, on Monday, at the QMC where I am soon to undergo two separate procedures.
I have never ever felt so cared for and supported and hope that you too, at work, are as happy and as lucky as me.
