"Whilst I have had some good experiences at this practice they are the exception. I find the doctors dismissive and difficult to approach. I have often had the distinct feeling that Iâm troubling them and that my appointment is a real inconvenience to them.
The reception staff are often quite rude and unhelpful. If you neee an emergency appointment they ask you for the nature of your illness/issue but with no medical training they are not in a position to assess need and should not do that. I have also seen them openly discussing other patients medical history in a way that did not feel appropriate to me in an open waiting room set up."
