"Unable to pre book appointments unless its more than two weeks in advance.
This is not the service I expect especially when you need to see a specific doctor who has been dealing with your care and you are awaiting test results.
Reception staff are rude and patronising and don't explain the procedures. Basically laughed at me for expecting an appointment with a week to go.
Told to ring on the day which is not convenient, when I have done this in the past I have not been able to get through having been on hold for over 15 minutes and then to be told that all the appointments have gone.
If it wasn't for the great service fro the GP who has been fantastic I would go elsewhere. Rethink your appointment system."
