"I am suffering from a Rotator Cuff injury (Shoulder Injury) and rang the Dr as was in considerable pain after the initial steroid injection from a few weeks ago had worn off - the Dr was extremely helpful and managed to squeeze me in in-between appointments to give me another injection. Am so appreciative of the efforts taken and being able to see me at such short notice and to help alleviate my pain.

Have always found the staff at Ringmead helpful and responsive to my needs / requests and have no problems recommending them to anyone!"

Dr Ko Ko Laing qualified in 1989, his previous surgery in Victory Road merged with the Portsdown Group in April 2010. He is a highly experienced GP, is based in Kingston Crescent Surgery he has a number of special interest which includes medicine, rheumatology and joint injections. He is a keen tennis player and also enjoys travel.

Dr Kipgen qualified from Barts and the London Medical School in 2006 (MBBS). He completed his GP training in Dorset in 2015 (MRCGP). He joined Portsdown Group Practice in 2015 and maintains his special interest in ENT and is responsible for the Portsdown Travel Clinic. He is married to Alison and has three children who keep them both very busy. He likes nothing better than to relax in the garden and is frequently seen with either a chainsaw or an axe, what could go wrong!?

Dr Cat Tuson graduated from Warwick University in 2007 and joined the Practice in 2013 having completed her GP training in the North East of England. She has a special interest in orthopaedics and joint injections and also in women’s health.
