"Felt compelled to write a review after seeing the star rating when looking for the opening times to book a late evening appointment as I totally disagree.
My family and I always receive excellent care at this practice. It used to be hard to get appointments but I think that this is better now that they do more 'on the day' ones although we don't use it very frequently. In a struggling NHS people just expect too much.
I have always had great care from the GP's and more recently choose the Nurse Practitioner whenever I come or bring my family as she is very approachable. I honestly can't praise the staff enough for their care in this practice."
