"In the last year i have relied heavily on Rivermead and all the staff have been nothing but helpful. I have always been able to get through to make an appointment with my chosen doctor (either at the surgery or consultation by phone). Sometimes the wait on the phone for reception can be long, but in fairness sometimes my conversations with reception once i get through have also been long.
I think perhaps some people in previous reviews need to remember the time they also take up when making a call. Someone else has to wait on hold for the five minutes you've been talking, so give the staff a break, they really are doing all they can. Also the comments about rudeness....i literally have no idea what that's about. I know everyone's experience is different but given the amount of times i have been there over the last year i can safely say the average amount of rudeness received for 2018/19 has been ZERO :)
And my GP is just brilliant. All necessary referrals were requested, results were discussed clearly, questions answered and reassurance provided every step of the way. I simply cannot thank the staff at Rivermead enough for their service and support."
